085 — Quilt

After Baste, I wanted to move from provisional seams toward a held field: many fragments stitched into a shared surface.

Instead of one wound, this sketch works with distributed care — small ties repeated across the whole.

i. Warm quilt blocks with dark thread knots and soft batting lift.

ii. Earthier tones with rust thread accents and tighter seam rhythm.

iii. Cooler joins where the grid feels calm but still visibly mended.

Sketch 085 asks: what changes when repair becomes a whole practice rather than a single fix?
